As per SG, we came to know that we are the first one in India to use this nanoparticle analyser for Exosome quantification studies. We work onStem cell derived Exosomes (50mm-100mm size) to explore their potential in Regenerative medicine. Service is important for sophisticated instruments. We are using LINSEIS STA PT 1600 since 2009, which includes TGA and high temperature DSC. We have used the system extensively for various materials from different user groups and find the system giving very satisfactory data on our samples.
We have done measurements up to 1100 C for enthalpy in the DSC and the result are very repeatable and acceptable. The service and application support provided by SG Instruments Pvt Ltd Nes Delhi has been very satisfactory.
This is to confirm that we purchased a CHIP based DSC system from LINSEIS and the system was installed in November 2018. The system is very robust and extremely fast in measurement and provides excellent data on all samples.

The Department has made good use of these equipments for high temperature measurement of thermal idffusity thermal conductivity Seebeck measurement and electrical resistivity.
